There are several places within the system where the library's email address is defined. This page brings them all together, so that if you need to change the address you can be sure that it is changed everywhere that is needed.


The library email address is defined in the following places:

System Management > Mail SettingsNo reply emailThe From email address is the one used when you send an automatic email to users when you create their account. If your organisation blocks noreply email addresses, you will need to enter a different email address in here, typically your generic library email address.
System Configuration Maintenance - Common settingsDefault overdue emailThe default library email address for overdues where the user does not have their own email address - the library gets a single aggregated email for all overdues per overdue level.
System Configuration Maintenance - Reviews and Ratings settingsReport Abuse emailEmail address to which "Report abuse" comments will be sent
OPAC Maintenance - OptionsDefault submission notification emailThe default library email address to which notification of document submissions will be sent, unless individual library email address have been defined in the Notification Emails tab.
OPAC Maintenance - Notification emailsLibrary submission notification emailsThe individual library email address to which notification of document submissions will be sent.
Task centre - Template MaintenanceWelcome messageYou may have included the library email address in one or more of the welcome messages
