Available in the System management menu in Library is an option for Servers maintenance. This is used to configure FTP, POP and IMAP connectivity.


FTP Connectivity

To add an FTP server (used when exporting data), click Create on the left hand menu, Enter a name for your server and select FTP from the server type drop down. Select the enable button if you wish it to be activated straight away.

Under connection settings enter all details provided to you by your FTP host.

Use the Test connection button to test your settings, and error will be shown if the connection is not successful, otherwise you may now save your settings.


IMAP & POP connectivity

To add an IMAP or POP server, click Create on the left hand menu, Enter a name for your server and select IMAP or POP from the server type drop down. Select the enable button if you wish it to be activated straight away.

  • IMAP is used when importing generic emails
  • POP is used when importing Reprints desk emails. 

Under connection settings enter all details provided to you by your mail server provider.

Use the Test connection button to test your settings, and error will be shown if the connection is not successful, otherwise you may now save your settings.
