Menus are separated into four groups, as detailed below. to edit a menu structure for a group select the corresponding group from the drop down at the top of the page.

This menu is found in the top left corner of the site. It's purpose is to provide quick access to your most common functions. For example search and new record creation. There is no limit on how many quick links can be added, but we would advise keeping it to just a few to avoid over cluttering the screen with logs of colorful icons. Four icons typically fit well onto a single row.

When the left menu bar is collapsed the icon menus will appear as below:

and if hovered over it will expand as below.

This menu allows you to configure a menu to display on your Search Portal. You can apply CSS to style menus as required as shown in the below example. The options that appear on the portal menu can be controlled the same as your other menus and you can define if a menu option is only available to users with a certain role, access permission, office or for a specific Portal.

The Left menu bar is setup to be your 'function' menu, so this includes all the menus you are likely to use in a typical day or week.

After clicking on a heading the sub-menu options will appear for that menu group, as shown below.

If the left menu is collapsed it will display as below.

If you then hover over a menu the sub-menu options will expand to the right.

The Admin menu is split into several key areas, each containing related menu options. This menu contains mostly system options you use less often and only need to access aver so often such as search result templates.

This menu is separated into Four key areas.

Module Settings - Settings which relate to a certain function within the system such as Import & Export templates, or Frequency cycles.

Security Settings- Settings which relate to security such as access permissions and thesaurus roles.

System & Database Settings - This contains more generic settings such as field maintenance, menu management and search result templates.

Help - This contains diagnostic options, links to help guides and the support portal.
